Student National Medical Association Region III Medical Education Conference

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the Student National Medical Association Region III’s 2025 Regional Medical Education Conference hosted by the Region III Board of Directors. This conference will be held in Aurora, Colorado in collaboration with the SNMA Executive Board of CUSOM on November 7-9, 2025!

SPACE ALLOCATION

Onsite exhibit booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the contract date and payment received. Prior exhibitors will also be considered. If the booth(s) of your choice has already been assigned, you will be given the nearest booth available. The final deadline for receipt of the contract and payment for booth space is October 19, 2025. To ensure booth space and preference in location, return the enclosed forms with payment on or before Sunday, October 19th, 2025.
