Vote YES on 310.
What is Measure 310?
The tobacco industry uses candy flavors like cotton candy, mango, and gummy bear to get kids addicted to nicotine. Doctors and nurses warn that when kids vape, they aren’t just tasting flavors - they’re inhaling toxic chemicals like formaldehyde, lead, and benzene. Four out of five kids who try nicotine start with flavored products.
Why vote YES on 310?
Protect Denver Kids: Keep kids safe from flavored products designed to hook them into a lifetime of addiction and disease. Trusted Medical Voices: Doctors, nurses, and leading health organizations say this ban protects children from asthma, heart disease, cancer, and lifelong nicotine addiction.
Health Over Profits: For decades, the tobacco industry has lied and profited at the expense of our kids’ health. Denver families deserve better.
